This is an antique farmhouse , restored in Umbrian countryside. It’s just 4 kilometers from the lake Trasimeno, 20 kilometers from Perugia and 15 kilometers from the border to Tuscany, close to towns like Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Assisi, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Todi, Spoleto.
There are 2 apartments to spend lovely vacations with friends, family and children, for a romantic hideaway, leisure or active holidays. You can use one or both self catering holiday apartments, one of them allowing full wheelchair access to guests with restricted mobility.
The apartment on the ground floor includes car park a few meters from the entrance, paved sidewalk around the house, ground floor access with wide doors, adapted bathrooms, adequate beds heights and an ample leveled and graveled terrace.
Both apartments provide complete privacy and modern comfort yet with a traditional ambiance, each offering a private entry and incredible views to the stunning rural area from all windows and terraces.

In summer the owners propose affordable weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. During spring and autumn a minimum of 3 nights reservation is required.
