On request each floor can be united in a single apartment which is the ideal solution for one or two families or a group of people. Then apartments are as follows:
– on the mezzanine an apartment with 3 bedrooms (maximum 8 people), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette and three balconies.
– on the first floor a similar apartment for maximum 6 people.
The rental of the whole floor is allowed during low and mid season only.
All apartments have central heating and the building is environment-friendly because it uses solar panels installed on the roof to heat water for bathrooms and kitchens.
The property is completely fenced in.
A shared washing machine, outdoor showers, car park, bicycle rack and a large garden for children are available to guests.
Thanks to its location, the house offers different opportunities to go shopping or walking. Indeed, shops, restaurants and bars are easily accessible on foot.
